Delete your Konekte account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Konekte and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then the Account section.
3. Tap Delete my account, then Continue.
4. Type DELETE and tap Delete forever.

Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email support@konekte.date from the Google address you use to sign in to Konekte, with the subject "Delete my Konekte account". We confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, photos, verification selfie, matches, messages, likes and passes, profile views, notifications, settings and app activity, together with your sign-in. Copies kept in our routine backups are removed within 30 days.

What may be kept

• Payment records, without your name, where tax and accounting law requires them.
• A copy of a conversation tied to an open safety report, and the report itself, for as long as needed to keep members safe and to meet legal obligations.
